Do you deliver to all areas in Lebanon?

Yes! We are based in Tripoli, but we deliver to all Lebanese territories including Beirut, the South, Bekaa, and the North. We use trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely.

How long does delivery take?
  • Tripoli & Surroundings: Same-day or Next-day delivery.

  • Rest of Lebanon: Usually within 2 to 4 working days, depending on your location.

Is shipping safe for expensive phones?

Absolutely. We take extra care in packaging high-value items (like iPhones and Samsung Ultra devices) to ensure they are protected against shock and damage during transit.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees vary slightly by location. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment & Currency

Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is our primary payment method. You can inspect your package upon arrival and pay the driver directly.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we exclusively offer Cash on Delivery (COD). This allows you to pay for your order only when it arrives at your doorstep, ensuring your complete satisfaction. We are actively working on integrating additional payment methods (Online Cards, Crypto, etc.) and will be rolling them out very soon to give you more flexibility.

Are your products original?

100%. At Centrino Cell, we only sell genuine, brand-new, and sealed devices. We do not sell copies or refurbished phones unless explicitly stated in a specific "Used" section.

Do the phones come with a warranty?

Yes.

  • Apple Devices: Come with the standard Apple International Warranty (1 Year).

  • Samsung & Xiaomi: Come with the official distributor warranty in Lebanon (CTC, etc.) or our shop warranty, depending on the specific model listing. Please check the product description for specific warranty details.

Do you sell mobile accessories?

Yes, we have a wide range of premium accessories including covers, screen protectors, chargers, and audio devices for all major brands.

Returns & Exchanges

What if the device has a factory defect?

If you discover a factory defect within the warranty period, we will handle the replacement or repair according to the official warranty terms of the manufacturer.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of electronic products, we generally do not accept returns on opened items unless there is a defect. Please make sure to choose your model, color, and storage capacity carefully before opening the seal.
